Step 2: Fill in the required information, including your name, email address, and a secure password. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Create an Account.
Step 3: Verify your email address by clicking on the link sent to your inbox.
Step 4: On the dashboard, in the top right corner, select either Freelancer or Employer, and complete your profile by adding relevant details e.g. about your skills and experience (for freelancers) or your project requirements (for employers).
b. Forgot password
Step 1: On the Login Page, Click on Forgot Password link. Alternatively, contact the Administrator to receive a password reset email.
Step 2: Reset your password via the reset email sent to your inbox.
Posting a Job: Click on Create a Project on the Dashboard Menu or Click on the Post a Project button on the header menu in the top right corner.
Hiring a Freelancer: Click on View detail in the Projects Posted Card to review the Proposals sent from Freelancers for a Project. You have the options to send a Contract Offer and Hire the Freelancer.
Managing Projects: On the Dashboard menu, use the Chat Dashboard to send and receive messages from freelancers and the Meeting Settings to organise Zoom meetings with Freelancers.
b. For Freelancers
Finding Jobs: Click on Find Work on the on the header menu in the top right corner.
Submitting Proposals: Click Send a Proposal to submit a job application and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
