During the past 20+ years, she has worked in numerous professions, spanning industries, such as AI, IT, XR, Engineering and EdTech, for Start-ups, SMEs and large international conglomerates. This includes a blended 12+ years in business development, a decade in tech including product management, and 10 years experience in Bid (Proposal) Management.
Rachel has also built Xtell - Xplorient Intelligence (htps://xplorient.intelligence.com) a UK Career Intelligence platform to help professionals with career development and navigating the potential impact of AI, Automation and Robotics.
