We’re now expanding Xpanse with a new digital product that blends automation, data intelligence, and AI to reimagine how people discover career opportunities.
Requirements
To help us bring this vision to life, we’re looking for an experienced No-Code Automation & AI Integration Expert to build our MVP.
You’ll design and implement a data-driven job discovery system that automates data collection, structures information in a database, and powers a sleek user interface with an integrated conversational assistant. This project is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of automation, UX, and AI.
You will:

Build and connect automation workflows (Zapier, Make, or similar).

Design and configure a no-code database (Airtable or equivalent).

Integrate live data into our website using Webflow or Next.js.

Implement a conversational assistant using the OpenAI API or a Custom GPT.

Ensure a smooth, reliable, and maintainable data pipeline.

Collaborate with the Xplorient Xpanse team on testing and optimisation.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience building no-code or low-code applications.

Strong skills in Zapier, Make.com, and Airtable (or comparable tools).

Familiarity with Webflow or Next.js integration workflows.

Experience embedding or configuring AI chatbots (OpenAI API / GPT).

Excellent data logic, workflow design, and debugging abilities.

Creative problem-solver with great communication skills.
