Xplorient is a startup building an innovative Extended Reality (XR) Marketplace. As we expand our reach and grow our community, we are looking for a proactive Product Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in sales while contributing to exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Product Research: Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the XR industry.
- Feature Development Support: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to define and refine product features based on user feedback and industry needs.
- User Feedback Collection: Engage with users to gather insights and pain points to inform product improvements.
- Prototyping and Testing: Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features; support usability testing to validate concepts.
- Data Analysis: Analyse platform usage data to uncover user behaviour patterns and recommend enhancements.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed product documentation, including feature descriptions, user guides, and release notes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure product alignment with business goals.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in testing cycles to identify and report bugs or usability issues.
Requirements:
– Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, Finance or a related field.
– Skills:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Basic Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with product development processes, wireframing tools (e.g., Figma), and/or prototyping tools.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback to technical and non-technical teams.
- User-Centric Mindset: Understanding of user experience principles and commitment to creating user-friendly products.
- Time Management: Capability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using productivity tools (e.g., Clickup, Jira, Trello, Confluence) and data analysis software

- Previous experience in product management or related internships.
