As we expand our reach and grow our community, we are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Job Description Responsibilities:
– Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our blog, social media channels, and newsletters. This includes writing articles, creating graphics, and producing videos.
– Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Schedule posts, engage with our audience, and track performance metrics.
–Lead Generation: Devise and implement strategies to generate and manage and nurture leads via our CRM.
– Email Marketing: Assist in creating, scheduling, and analysing email campaigns. Help grow our email subscriber list and improve engagement rates.
– SEO Optimisation: Conduct keyword research, optimise web content for search engines, and track SEO performance.
– Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and user preferences to inform marketing strategies.
– Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Campaign Management: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including advertising and influencer and partner collaborations.
– Community Engagement: Engage with our user community, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with our audience.
Requirements:
– Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
– Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset and can use design tools (e.g. Canva).
– Experience:
- Previous experience in digital marketing or related internships.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
